  Das Appartement lag, auch durch den Hinterhof, sehr ruhig, war aber ganz in der Nähe der Straßenbahn und man kam sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der S-Bahn schnell in zentrale Gegenden.

• Guter Ausgangspunkt für Connewitz-Trip – Marco from Germany – 17 September 2024 (8/10)

  Die Lage sieht man ja vorher, wenn man gerne in den Süden von Leipzig, also Connewitz will, mit seinem alternativen Berlin-Flair, ist die Lage hier perfekt. Bis auf das Straßenbahn-Rumpeln direkt vorm Haus ist es auch sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhof.
  Direkt neben dem Hauseingang gibt es einen guten asiatischen Imbiss, wo es alle Essen auch in veganer Variante gibt. Edeka und Spätis sind alle in direkter Nähe. Ilses Erika zum Weggehen auch nicht weit (das war unser Hauptgrund).
  Abends kann man sich die Stühle schnappen und direkt mit Getränk an die Straße setzen, die ziemlich ruhig aber trotzdem städtisch ist, wenn man genau das mag.
  Die Küche schien gut eingerichtet, haben sie bei nur einer Übernachtung aber nicht benutzt. Im Gefrierfach waren noch 2 angebrochene Ben & Jerrys, weiß nicht ob sowas jemand hygienisch gesehen noch essen will. 😀
  3 Schlafzimmner sind halt ne Wucht wenn man zu mehr als 2 Personen ist.
  Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, vor allem mit Connewitz-Flair, perfekt!
  
  What could be improved: Es fehlt ein Wohnzimmer oder ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum. Hierfür gibts nur die Küche, die dann zu dritt oder viert auch eher eng ist. Im Sommer aber kein Problem, da man sich eh draußen aufhält, da kann man sich in den Innenhof (oder eben an die Straße ;)) setzen.
  Es war ein etwas muffiger Geruch in der Unterkunft, denke hier war einfach länger niemand und dadurch nicht genug gelüftet. Ist in meiner eigenen Wohnung aber schlimmer und kenne ich von vielen Hotels auch schlimmer, von daher halb so wild, man kann ja erst mal durchlüften.
