I found myself in this residential area that feels authentically German, where you can walk to local bakeries and small shops without fighting crowds of other travelers. The location gets high marks from guests for good reason — it’s close enough to reach Leipzig’s main attractions without being stuck in the middle of all the noise. Couples seem to really appreciate this quieter setting, and I can see why. There’s something nice about having a peaceful base to return to after exploring the city center.

I actually enjoyed the short journey into the historic center because it gave me a better sense of how Leipzig is laid out as a real city, not just a collection of tourist sites. Plus, when you’re coming back after a long day of sightseeing, there’s something satisfying about returning to a quieter neighborhood.

  Ein schönes kleines Häuschen im Hinterhof gelegen. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kontakt war jederzeit möglich und sehr freundlich. Die Mutter der Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhaus und hat uns den Schlüssel 🔑 gegeben. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Vielen lieben Dank. Wenn wir wieder nach Leipzig kommen werden wir hier wieder buchen. Ich habe leider keine Fotos gemacht.
  
  What could be improved: Es wird mit Parkplatz ausgeschrieben, allerdings muss man einen Parkplatz auf der Straße finden. (Was bis nachmittag kein Problem ist, abends kann es schon mal sein, das man paar Meter laufen muss.
  Man könnte evtl noch eine schöne Couchgarnitur reinstellen. Bis jetzt nur Tisch mit 4 Stühlen.

  Прекрасное место для отдыха семьёй или деловой поездки.Очень понравилась терраса, уютно вечером посидеть с бокалом вина. Отличная кухня и душевая.Чистый и уютный домик.Однозначно буду рекомендовать знакомым.

  Die Lage ist super für einen Besuch der Messe. Nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof, im Hinterhof gut versteckt und direkt nebenan ein Bäcker.
  
  What could be improved: Der Wohnung fehlt es an Flair. Alles sehr praktisch und lieblos eingerichtet. Für den Zustand und die Ausstattung war sie dafür trotz Messezeit recht teuer. Kein Sichtschutz am Badfenster und der Holzschlagplatz der Familie direkt davor, sodass wir die Rollläden permanent geschlossen halten mussten. Die Wohnung war voller Spinnweben und Staub (wir konnten uns zwar einigen, aber schön war das trotzdem nicht).
