  Ruim, schoon en goed onderhouden appartement die tevens voorzien was van een (nieuwe) lift. Tevens lag het appartement direct op de hoek bij een tramhalte waardoor je in 10-15 minuten in het centrum bent. Met de ramen dicht was het verkeer nauwelijks hoorbaar

  Helle Dachgeschosswohnung in ruhigem Haus; gute Anbindung an die Öffis !
  Die Vermieterin hat sogleich auf meine Email geantwortet und uns Dreien sofort einen fehlenden zweiten Hausschlüssel hinterlegt.
  
  What could be improved: Leider keinerlei Hinweis darauf, dass (noch) kein Fahrstuhl im Haus vorhanden ist. Eine Mitreisende hat seit einigen Jahren Knieprobleme und somit große Schwierigkeiten, täglich mindestens zwei Mal 84 Stufen in die DG-Wohnung zu gelangen.
  Wäre nett gewesen, eine Badematte, ein Geschirrtuch und einen Korkenzieher zur Verfügung gehabt zu haben.
