The space easily handles ten people without anyone feeling cramped – there’s this open living area that flows naturally into the kitchen, and honestly, the views over the old city center are the kind you’d expect to pay tourist prices for at a restaurant. What struck me most was how thoughtfully everything was laid out. You know how some vacation rentals feel like someone just threw furniture together? Not here. The bedrooms are actually spacious (rare for European city centers), and there’s enough bathroom space that you’re not waiting in line even with a full group. The kitchen is properly equipped too – I’m talking real cooking equipment, not the usual random assortment of bent pans you usually get.

What really sold me on the location though is how it sits right in Leipzig’s cultural heart without the chaos you’d expect. Thomaskirche is right there, sure, but you’re also walking distance from the Gewandhaus and all the galleries around the Ring. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing authentic Leipzig rather than just passing through. Parking can be a bit tricky (it’s the city center, after all), but the trade-off is worth it when you can walk to everything that matters. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend evenings can get a bit lively with people heading to the bars around Barfußgässchen, but honestly, that just adds to the whole Leipzig experience. If you’re bringing a group and want something that feels both special and genuine, this place gets it right.

  Wow, was für ein geniales Penthouse mitten in der Stadt! Alles umwerfend schön und geiles Sound System von Sonos. Alles da, was man braucht 😍
  
  What could be improved: Soweit war wirklich alles super, aber wenn eine kleine Sache anzumerken ist, dann waren ein paar Haare in einem Bett…und die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen von den Rollläden waren fast alle leer – Batterien haben wir aber gefunden.

  The apartment is incredibly well located in the city, with several restaurants and cafés just around the corner.
  The apartment itself is clean, spacious and incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for your stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view from the terrace was an absolute delight.
  The owners were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, we really could not have asked for better. We intend to stay here whenever we visit Leipzig!

  Die Lage in Leipzig ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich und sehr modern. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt mehrere Wohnzimmer mit chilligen Sitzgruppen und eine ausreichende Anzahl gut ausgestatteter Badezimmer verschiedener Größen. Bei Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet und eine Lösung gefunden.
  
  What could be improved: Die Küchenausstattung ist technisch hervorragend. Es gibt sehr viele Steckdosen und Schalter für die Bedienung. Um gemeinsam zu kochen gibt es jedoch zu wenig Kochutensilien wie Messer, Siebe, Schneidebretter, Schüsseln und Präsentationsbesteck. Hilfreich wäre auch eine Beschriftung der Schalter, welches Licht oder welcher Rollladen damit betätigt wird. Über die fehlenden Nachttischlämpchen hatten wir schon gesprochen, genau wie über Haken oder Stangen, um Handtücher im Bad nach Gebrauch aufzuhängen.

  Wir haben schon viel über Booking gemietet, aber diese Wohnung ist bisher die beste Unterbringung im Bereich Selbstversorger gewesen. Die Ausstattung war einfach top mit 10 gemütlichen Betten, 3 Bädern und extra Gäste WC. Eine riesige Küche, mehrere Wohnzimmer, ein großer Esstisch mit super bequemen Stühlen rundete das Ganze ab. Ein Fahrstuhl verbindet das Treppenhaus im EG direkt mit der Wohnung.
  In Küche und Wohnräumen ist eine zentrale Bose Soundanlage und es gibt mehrere Fernseher.
